SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Belvia Wax Co. ships within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary based on carrier availability and your region.
We ship via multiple carriers. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and order size.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Belvia Wax Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, email us at belviawax@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no charge once the damage is confirmed.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a question about a product before purchasing, contact us at belviawax@yahoo.com before placing your order.
